Terms & Conditions

1. PACKAGE PRICES: All prices quoted are per person, per night and include shared accommodations, daily golf with 1/2 cart (except where noted) for 18 holes, and tax. Non-golfer rates are available, and any combination of nights and rounds of golf can be packaged. Prices will vary depending on how many nights and rounds of golf chosen.
   
2. DEPOSIT: A deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm your reservation.
   
3. BALANCE DUE: THE BALANCE FOR THE ENTIRE PACKAGE IS DUE 21 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL. By receiving payment 21 days prior to arrival, we assure that your package with all necessary vouchers will reach you before you leave.
   
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and U.S. currency in the form of money orders and checks (travelers, certified, cashiers, and personal).
   
5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS: Any golf package may be canceled up to twenty-one (21) days prior to scheduled arrival. The full deposit will be charged when cancellations are received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival plus any prepaid expenses. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the package once any part is used. Please note: When one person in a group cancels, the per person package price may be subject to change. Therefore, the refund policy for the person who canceled may vary.
   
6. CHANGE POLICY: Once tee time reservations have been confirmed, a $5.00 change fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selection change requested by the client. If vouchers have been issued, a $25.00 change fee will be assessed.
   
7. RAIN REFUND POLICY: Each course may have a different rain refund policy. If it looks like rain it is the golfers' responsibility to inquire at the golf shop about the course's rain refund policy before turning in the golf voucher. Once vouchers have been turned in we guarantee a paid round to the course. If the course is closed due to inclement weather, it is the golfers' responsibility to notify the hotel and to return the golf voucher for an adjusted rain refund (85% of voucher value). No rain-check refunds. No office refunds.
